Young Africans' talisman Stephane Aziz Ki has finally spoken out regarding speculation linking him with South African powerhouses Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates.
The 28-year-old Burkina Faso international found himself at the center of attention following a controversial disallowed goal during Yanga's CAF Champions League quarter-final clash against Sundowns at Loftus Versfeld.
Aziz Ki's standout performances in the two matches against Masandawana have ignited intense speculation about his next move, particularly as his contract with the Tanzanian Premier League champions is set to expire at the end of the season.
While both Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates are rumored to be keen on securing his signature, the player himself has asserted his commitment to Young Africans for the time being.
"I have no expectations of leaving Yanga at the moment because I have not achieved the goals that brought me here," Aziz Ki stated, emphasizing his affection for the club.
"This club, which I love with all my heart, still owes me, and even money cannot fill the love I have for this club."
The Ivory Coast-born attacking midfielder also disclosed an encouraging interaction with Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena after the second leg match.
"Rulani told me to improve my playing, and I did it during the return leg held in South Africa, where he commended me for that."
According to reports, Aziz Ki has been in sensational form for Young Africans this season, notching up 13 league goals and providing seven assists under the guidance of manager Miguel Gamondi.
